Variators

The variator sets the scooter's transmission ratio using the centrifugal force of the rollers: their weight and diameter determine pick-up, top speed and belt wear. Replacing worn or oval rollers keeps performance steady and prevents vibration or power loss during acceleration.

The catalogue includes roller kits in various weights and sizes, drive tappets and gear wheels for the transmission, from RMS, Bando, Evok, Magneti Marelli and Rms Classic. Choose by scooter model, by the diameter and weight of the original rollers, or by the part code to be replaced, so the pulley works correctly.
